IRIS Risk Management Software Overview

The following versions of IRIS are available:

  • IRIS Lite

IRIS Enterprise

IRIS Enterprise enables organisations to embed effective risk management techniques throughout their organisation.

IRIS Enterprise incorporates all of the features set out in the Software Features section, including:

  • Dynamic Risk Matrices
  • Quantitative and Qualitative Risk Management Techniques (including Palisade’s @RISK Monte Carlo Analysis)
  • Secure Audit Trail
  • Customisable Reports
  • Automated export of data to MS Project

IRIS Enterprise enables all license holders to identify, manage and mitigate risks through a single integrated system. Each user has a specific profile and will automatically be reminded of any action or risk review required as it becomes due via our email trigger functionality.

IRIS Enterprise also incorporates additional security features. Access to sensitive projects can be restricted and a hierarchy built up in order to ensure that risks for each project or department cannot be viewed by individuals working in another department or project.

IRIS Lite

IRIS Lite is designed for organisations that prefer to manage risks using solely qualitative techniques. Although some of the robust statistical analysis featured in IRIS enterprise is lost, the data collection requirements are reduced significantly.

Customers who have implemented IRIS Lite have benefited from its highly customisable front-end data entry page and used it as a way of introducing a robust risk management system into the organisation. Although no statistical analysis techniques are available to quantify risk exposure, customers nevertheless benefit from the other IRIS features including:

  • Dynamic Risk Matrices
  • Secure Audit Trail
  • Secure Access Rights and automated email triggers
  • Automated export of data to MS Project
  • Customisable reports

IRIS On-Line Consultant (Coming Soon)

Istria believes risk management software must equip clients with the leading edge risk management techniques employed by professionals today. The IRIS software range provides unparalleled access to risk management processes recommended by the OGC, PMI, APM Group and other organisations.

Istria will shortly be adding the On-Line consultant to its product range. This will provide each licensed user of the product access to a vast database of knowledge developed by our consultants over the years. It will help clients answer key questions such as:
