Transport for London Extend IRIS Risk Management Software Implementation

Transport for London Group Property and Facilities (TFL GP&F) continues to utilise Istria’s Risk Management Software application, IRIS. IRIS provides an end to end risk management solution from initial identification through to final mitigation and control.

IRIS provides robust quantitative analysis using @Risk Monte Carlo Simulation, as well as utilising qualitative techniques such as dynamic risk matrices, automated email triggers to risk owners and full integration with the Microsoft Office suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint etc).

TFL GP&F has been working with Istria since 2003 in order to manage the extensive risks associated with their diverse property portfolio. Following another successful year, TfL recently extended their use of the IRIS application and the @RISK Monte Carlo analysis.
